Have IP counsel confirm the live USPTO record, maintenance timing, and the correct assignment path before the package goes to market.

- Ask counsel to state what must be signed and recorded when the mark transfers.
Done when Counsel provides a written clearance, filing calendar, and assignment checklist.
02. Approve the asset list
Define exactly what the buyer receives so every listing and legal document describes the same package.
Actions
- Use the registered trademark as the lead asset.
- List both domains, the selected sale site, identity source files, and agreed owned content.
- Identify third-party tools, licensed material, and anything that cannot transfer.
- Approve one dated schedule for the listings, NDA, LOI, and purchase agreement.

03. Gather ownership proof
Build a clean evidence folder that shows control of every item on the approved asset schedule.
Actions
- Export records showing control of the domain and registrar accounts.
- Collect logo source files, website files, and creator or vendor assignment records.
- Document site administration access and the rights to included content.
- Save dated evidence of commercial use and index it by asset.
Done when Every scheduled asset has matching, easy-to-find ownership evidence.
04. Publish the chosen sale page
Rick chooses one concept; the operator turns it into the single buyer-facing destination.
Actions
- Choose V1, V2, V3, V4, or V5 as the final buyer-facing design.
- Publish only that design on the sale URL and remove comparison controls from the buyer-facing page.
- Point equity-partners-limited.com directly to Cloudflare Pages over HTTPS.
- Route equitypartnerslimited.com to the canonical URL with one HTTPS 301 redirect and test every variant.
Done when Both .com domains open the approved sale page over HTTPS without a comparison switcher.

Create a controlled diligence space that a qualified buyer can navigate without assistance.
Actions

- Upload the asset schedule, official records, ownership proof, source files, and handover notes.
- Limit access to NDA-approved buyers and test permissions before sharing.

Have the legal and process documents ready before buyer conversations accelerate.
Actions

Use one factual description and one inquiry route across every listing. These channel pages were checked on 25 July 2026.

- Publish the trademark package on U.S. Trademark Exchange.
- Publish both domains on Afternic and Sedo with identical package wording.
- Publish the complete site and digital-asset bundle on Flippa without unverified traffic or revenue claims.

Optional only: review Communer’s current terms before listing.
Done when Five core channels are live, use matching facts, and feed every inquiry into one tracker.

Protect private materials and spend time only on credible buyer conversations.
Actions

- Understand timing, acquisition process, and ability to complete the transaction.
